Klaus Zimmermann :unverified:I had noticed that I can never SSH to my home server while on corporate guest wifi, and always assumed it was port blocking (which, I thought, was a pretty dumb idea). Turns out it's not: what they actually block is my freely obtained domain from <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/freedns" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#freedns</a>.It seems that they blacklist most of those domains on the basis it contains malware (plausible for C&C). I'm now wondering if I can instead pick a lesser known free domain that isn't blacklisted yet.
