Putting your #innercritic in its rightful place is essential for personal growth and self-acceptance. Often, we might not realize when our #innervoice 0shifts from being a constructive guide to an overly critical naysayer. By becoming more aware of these moments, we can actively choose not to let this harsh critic dictate our self-perception. Celebrating our achievements, no matter how small, plays a crucial role in silencing the critic and fostering a #positivemindset.

From the minute we take our first breath until the moment we take our last, from the first heartbeat we hear in the womb, our mother's, to the last one we hear...our own, the specific rhythm of our life accompanies us. Patterns we follow in life create the way it will flow. So it's important to follow our own UNIQUE RHYTHM to stay in tune with OURSELVES.

If you find yourself in any kind of a mental, spiritual or physical "funk", check in with your inner voice and see if you can determine the cause. Maybe it's saying "slow down...you're doing too much" or "take a walk & commune w/nature", or maybe it's telling you to "grab your drum & find a beautiful spot in a park, a forest, or near some water, & play until the vibration you need to hear and feel clicks in and causes you to recognize yourself...your true self....the self you will always be if you find, nurture, and move thru life following YOUR own SPECIAL SIGNATURE.

My inner voice is on good form this morning.

Just said to myself (upon spilling some water while cleaning something):

"Well. That accomplished the intended goal. And there was also an unintended and unanticipated consequence."

Doesn't seem that positive now that I write it out, but it is a stark contrast to cursing myself or my bad luck.

I like that approach to dealing with when things don't work as intended, and will try to hang onto it.
