Wahlkampf-Termine · Plakatierauftakt im Süden!Am 19. Juli, ab 19 Uhr, treffen wir uns im linXXnet in der Brandstr. 15 und begrüßen alle Supporter*innen bei uns im Projekte- und Abgeordnetenbüro. 19:30 Uhr präsentieren wir unsere Wahlkampfstrategie für den Leipziger Süden. Anschließend wird es einen kleinen Input zur Motivation und konkrete Veranstaltungen geben, wo wir wann und womit in Erscheinung treten werden. Essen und Trinken gibt es natürlich auch. Nach dem vorbereiten der Plakate schwärmen wir aus, in den schönsten sächsischen Wahlkreis :-) Kommt vorbei und helft mit, damit der Leipziger Süden rot bleibt!

But, of course, the #Quechua are far from the only people to attach significance to the winter solstice. Germanic peoples had #Jule; just as Inti Raymi traditions transferred to St. John's Eve, so too most of Jule was attached to #Christmas when the early Germanic peoples converted to Christianity.

The Romans had #Saturnalia, but that fell a few days before the solstice. There was also #SolInvictus, but that was mostly a #pagan attempt to coöpt Christmas.
