@lnxw37b2 Interesting, I always thought it was #FEMA or the #RedCross who do that. But I think it’s funny how tons of people are rushing to defend the #USA government, saying aid isn’t getting turned away, when from what I hear local governments often stop unofficial aid and rescue attempts because they want to inspect it before it is shipped out or don’t want civilians endangering themselves (see the #Lahaina / #Maui situation).
