For many years, I was deeply curious about the intersection of quantum physics and other subjects such as philosophy, neuroscience, Zen practice, and martial arts. It remains a fascinating world for my curious mind and informs much of my thinking. Because of this subject, I ended up studying physics and electronic engineering in my youth.

Imagine, if you will, that you're an unstable #quantum system – one that would, if left to its own devices, rapidly decay from one state (let's call it “awake”) into another (“asleep”).
