Yesterday my family celebrated Sinterklaas and for the first time I attempted to make "taaitaai", a traditional pastry associated with this holiday (taai means chewy). I have never heard of anyone making it themselves, but I do kind of understand why now😂 The dough was very tough to work with, but although they don't look the prettiest the taste is quite good!
