I’m watching the “The Mark of the Rani” (Colin Baker era) and I fully agree with the Rani: If the Master and the Doctor would get over the theatre play and just killed each other, that would resolve a lot of unnecessary sequels where the Master comes back.

This idea just popped into my head this afternoon. I'd like to attempt it again. But scale it up.

I finally caught up on the master. the podcast about Neil gaiman. And just as I was finishing it, a new episode dropped.

Having now heard the full direct allegations from the original reporting source, it's hard to see Neil gaiman as anything, even in the strongest light, other than a sex pest. in the best light, the stuff he's done is very gross.

The 2nd colourisation + re-edit of 60s #DoctorWho is a triumph. I loved every magical frame of #TheWarGames in colour — esp. the clear implication via musical cues that, as long mooted, the aliens’ War Chief, #TimeLord traitor, was ofc #TheMaster! His ‘death’ even featured subtle regeneration sound FX… bravo #BBC.
#PatrickTroughton was surely the best Doctor, so for no.3 it has to be #TheInvasion… but for #WilliamHartnell, how about #TheWebPlanet — making THAT look good really will take magic!
