I'm glad the City of Calgary's forward-looking councillors and administration, I think we are much less likely to run into this infrastructure renewal problem, because we are increasing density. Financial catastrophe for cities and towns is a real thing in the US these days because they went much further down the car-centric low-density suburban city design.
