Are there any string quartets out there interested in a paid assignment to record a string quartet of about five minutes duration on a smart phone? The music is roughly Grade 7-8 and designed to be great to play and great to listen to. If so please contact me for more details. I am a lover of #palaeontology (but I'm not professional or even formally educated) particularly interested in all things #dinosaurs, early #evolution & mass extinctions. My favourite dinosaur is Giraffatitan
I am also interested in mental health due to my own lived experience of bipolar 1. I am also autistic. Both have a big impact on me so I do talk about them a lot.
Massive animal lover. Favourite animal is the pangolin. At home I have rabbits & guinea pigs who I love to talk about. But I love most animals so always happy to see & talk about any of them
Musician trained as a viola player, I also play tuba/e flat bass in a brass band. I haven't played viola or violin properly in years but I do want to get back to that.

#Viola practice went pretty well today. Need to work on tone, but I actually think a lot of the sound I'm not keen on is down to the strings. They're too brash for my liking, I think.
I also need to shorten my nails. Although I was able to play fine, it'll be easier with shorter nails.
