OK, then: I got quick machine recovery (QRM) to work. But it took newer hardware: my 8th-Gen Lenovo Yoga X380 didn't get the KB5056862 update, but the 13th-Gen Lenovo P3 Ultra did. Works, too! #WindowsInsiders #MVPbuzz

Bizarre. I couldn't use the machine name to RDP into the P3 Ultra running production #Windows11, but it works fine for the #betaChannel version. Go figure! #WindowsInsiders #MVPbuzz
Hmmm. A restart via 8GadgetPack didn't trigger the post-GUI install for a switch to Beta Channel on the ThinkCentre P3 Ultra. But a click in Setting > Update > Restart did. I wonder why? Go figure! #WindowsInsiders #MVPbuzz
