Dave Mackey<p>I've been using ClickUp for a few months now...and like every other productivity tool I've used over the last number of years it has its pros and cons.</p><p>It's got a lot of features but sometimes pretty basic features don't "just work" - and that makes me unhappy. 🙁</p><p>For example, right now I have some recurring tasks that will not allow an update to their due date manually. If I set a new date it resets back to the original date. Even more concerning is that this isn't clear from the UI. </p><p>The UI acts as if the change was successful but a page refresh reveals the change didn't save.</p><p>But the real reason I wanted to post wasn't about ClickUp particularly but about chatbots in general. They verified that my issue was an actual bug and created a ticket for it but the way I've been instructed to view the ticket status is by opening the chatbot, telling it I want information on my ticket (pasting in the ticket ID) and after doing all that I get this</p><p>5/6: Umm, no. I want to see an actual ticket please. I don't want to have to talk to a chatbot to see it. Chatbots really are great for a lot of things (during the free trial of ClickUp I found the chatbot quite helpful in learning how to do things without searching through docs) but this sort of "there is a direct record", please no. @oceanhaiyang @tinker I use Gqueues but any task manger will do - or even put a recurring event in your calendar app.
I'm sure there is no shortage of people int he fediverse who will tell you their favorite task manager tools and processes - so no need to take my recommendation!

I would like to find an app for my team that is crossover between project-management and financial planing.
The best bet from what I found is #Clickup which claims to be an "everything app" but I haven't tested it yet in depth. I also got #Asana as a suggestion
I'm affraid of the financial planing side of things, since I believe that Clickup is very limited in this domain and other finance planing focused apps I have previously worked with are awful in their UX. 
Any tips or ideas?
Už nějakou dobu se s kolegy hlavně po teoretické rovině pereme s výběrem nějaké online appky, kde bychom mohli trochu organizovaněji pracovat s administrativou našeho podnikání v oblasti foto/video služeb.
Z mého "online výzkumu" nám vychází nejlépe asi #ClickUp a špatně nevypadá ani české #Freelo, nicméně by mě zajímalo co používáte Vy, jestli něco? Věřím, že to bude dobrá inspirace i pro ostatní.

Wiekszosc notatek juz przenioslem, znalazlem #rozszerzenie do #Zen, ktore zapisuje zakladki, ostatnie co mi zostalo to opracowac system list ToDo, ktory mam w #ClickUp.ie
Czemu przenosiny? Bo tworcy CU nadal olewaja #Firefox.a i jemu podobne, a po drugie 80 dolarow... za plan "sync" w Obsidianie zaplace polowe tego Poza tym, pora sie w koncu nauczyc #Markdown.a, ten system wewnetrznego linkowania notatek jest bardzo kuszacy ;)
