🧿🪬🍄🌈🎮💻🚲🥓🎃💀🏴🛻🇺🇸<p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Android" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Android</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/emulators" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>emulators</span></a> can probably handle all the games, but I dislike the user experience of fiddling with all the different emulators, and their different settings, or faffing with launchers and front ends trying to locate all the right directories. I prefer an <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/emulationStation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>emulationStation</span></a> or <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/RetroArch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>RetroArch</span></a> frontend that just boots to a list of games. I'm sick of configuring inputs for every system I want to play. A handheld should be pick up and play.</p>

Wo Wala Moiz<p>I used to have a neogeo/arcade emulator with a snail icon in my early childhood. Gytis Repečka<p>Nintendo at it's best - don't get confused about who really owns your shiny new <em>Switch 2</em> :nintendo:</p><blockquote><p>Nintendo’s latest anti-piracy move was inserting a clause in an updated version of the <em>Nintendo Switch User Agreement</em> that effectively enables it to brick your Switch if it runs illegal emulators or pirated games.</p></blockquote><p>As <a href="https://www.engadget.com/gaming/nintendo/fbi-seize-well-known-nintendo-switch-game-piracy-site-152216405.html" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">engadget reports</a> :blobcatreading:</p><p><a href="https://social.gyt.is/tags/gaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>gaming</span></a> <a href="https://social.gyt.is/tags/piracy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>piracy</span></a> <a href="https://social.gyt.is/tags/emulators" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>emulators</span></a> <a href="https://social.gyt.is/tags/switch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>switch</span></a> <a href="https://social.gyt.is/tags/console" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>console</span></a></p>
BITNACHT<p>In the past I often struggled to get printing in emulators to work. Apparently Cloanto has new versions of Amiga Forever and c64 forever that are taking printing to a new level. <a href="https://bitbang.social/tags/AmigaForever" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>AmigaForever</span></a> <a href="https://bitbang.social/tags/C64Forever" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>C64Forever</span></a> <a href="https://bitbang.social/tags/Emulators" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Emulators</span></a> <a href="https://bitbang.social/tags/Printing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Printing</span></a></p><p><a href="https://www.amigaforever.com/whatsnew/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="">amigaforever.com/whatsnew/</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p>

Ha! I had the idea last night of adding a GameBoy emulator to my PSP so I had a look for one, downloaded it ans copied it over to the PSP… only to realise I already had one installed called MasterBoy which is an emulator for both the Sega Master System and the GameBoy (odd sounding combo). Oh well, maybe this other one is better. 😆 Also, this emulator’s thumbnail image is… something. 🙀😹

I wonder if... ok I bet it is possible to get fake savegames for virtual memory cards in Playstation emulators so I could start a run of FF X with a savegame with all the Al Bhed books. Or I might try one of those hardware projects, but I really already have enough hardware projects I don't really follow because soldering is so hard. I do still have my PS2 and an original copy of FFX though. Anyways. Metaphor and Lightning Returns first.
