Anyway, on a more positive note, these photos are from almost exactly a year ago. I’m not judging people for using Chat GPT to style their photos as Ghibli characters. But I will share some thoughts.

It was a lifelong dream of mine to visit
Ghibli park. It didn’t disappoint. An “amusement” park all about exploration and discovery, set in the universe of these films. As opposed to American-style parks which tend to focus on “thrills”, this place is designed for walking, observing and finding delight in small details.

Not everyone can make a trip like this, even for me it was likely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. But I encourage people to explore their local parks, hiking trails, museums, and libraries. Give yourself the opportunity of discovery in the real world. This is what “Ghibli style” will always mean to me ☺️
