I used the <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/lasercutter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#lasercutter</a> at Hobbyhimmel Stuttgart. I experimented with plywood. I succeeded to engrave a QR code, but could not reproduce it reliably even with the same settings. Maybe because of variations of the wood 🤷But I was able to cut and assemble a basic box 😃Anyhow I am new to this field and eager to learn.

NedMan 🚀Today was the main day for the Azalea festival in my town. The parade and street fair happen downtown where my local maker space is located. So we set up a table outside the space to do some promotion. We had 3D printed and laser cut giveaways via a wheel to spin. I contributed the lasercut dino / monster claw sets. Also had a mini delta 3D printer set up and running.
