Written in 2012, very soon after Googles and Facebooks of the world started to create information bubbles for us to trap ourselves in. It will be annoying, but I think useful to see the perspective at the time.

On the flight back started reading "High Performance Habits". I have had this book for years but never read it, it seemed a bit too much of a fluff BS type book.

I am happy to be proven wrong so far. It's SUPER GOOD! Very practical, but with theory behind it why certain activities and strategies work. And I love it how the book is not all about "how to get million things done". It's more like how to be elite productive while maintaining happiness.

Very gentle type intro of what's possible with real estate and what matters.

So far my take is that no book will get you 100% ready, there is nothing like taking action, but it sure helps to get the concepts down.

I decided to page through this classic, just to see how it feels after spending so much time in the markers. I still think it's a goodie and one of the better investment advice books for general population.
