Not so sure about the "unmuzzled scientists" part since many of us are forced to sign nondisclosure agreements for various reasons, some legit, some not. Ideally, we would get rid of NDAs. They are abused, and result in unnecessary muzzling of federal, provincial, and private sector scientists far too often. (Harper was horrific to federal scientists though. Hands down, Harper was the worst PM I ever encountered, for eliminating scientific progress and scientists.) #scientists #science #canada
