Noticed that @mammoth app's remote-instance timeline implementation is very "invisible" and seamless. It's probably more seamless than #IceCubesApp and #TootApp. It can even show favourited states on posts in the timeline. Really wonder how it handles favourite/boost/reply count inconsistencies between instances

Been trying to find an #ios Mastodon client I like. I used to use #tootapp but that wasn’t keeping up. A lot of folks rave about #ivory - tried twice, not quite worth a subscription fee to me. Just canceled again. The official apps are just ok. Now I’m trying #icecubes again and you know what? It’s awesome. Improved a lot in the last year and so far, is checking every box for me.

My #Mastodon feed is becoming top quality – fast, funny, smart and uplifting. Just what I want from a social network without the downsides of elsewhere. (Thank you, good people I follow.) The more I use it, the more I like it. I’m here to stay.

I will never use any mobile #Mastodon app that still does this. The screen is already tiny and this is a huge chunk of wasted screen real estate. Wrap your text around the images or GTFO. #tootapp #mammoth #etc

@TilliAtHome vorerst bleibt #tootapp mein Hauptclient. Für mich ist iCloud Sync ein Muss. Von @mammoth bin ich sehr positiv überrascht worden. Intuitive Menüführung, smoothes scrollen der TL, sinnvolle Extras, wie das später senden... Viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Eigentlich die beste Mischung aller derzeit verfügbaren Mastodon Apps. Sobald der iCloud Sync kommt und ein paar kleinere Bugs behoben sind, ist das mein Favoriten App

I keep trying to find one I like the best, whether #MastodonApp, #TootApp, #MetaText, or #IceCubesApp. So far it's down to MetaText for the OCR feature in #AltText, and #IceCubes for the QuoteToot function. I forget which allows Edits
