I was thinking about building a helper lib around tokio-postgres. I have some experience with #warp and huge experience with #javascript .

Tried the Agent Mode (#LLM stuff) in #Warp (to find a file that contains a specific string).

Wired: I don't have to remember specific commands, and can just write out what I want to accomplish.

Tired: The agent just _does_ something, and while it gives the expected result (the file and the directory its in), it does not show me the commands it executed, meaning

I learn nothing.

You know what … I just can't reconcile that with my #GrowthMindset 🤪

How did I get it? I debugged #warp, simple as that.
My problem was that I wasn't aware of what headers I had to allow. But, once I set a breakpoint at
github.com/seanmonstar/warp/bl
I could exactly tell which header was the problematic one, which finally brought me to the minimal list of headers to allow.

My terminal skills are okay, but I don’t spend my working day in the terminal, so a bit of help with syntax comes in handy, and that’s where it adds value. I had still continued using iTerm for some pre-sets I could launch and run (like a local version of this website), and I still ended up using Terminal in my Alfred set up because I had not seen a way to use Warp instead. Finally, I got my act together and came up with what feels like a good solution.
