I love the WebAIM WAVE browser plugin together with @gohugoio. Currently trying to make a website I manage #WCAG compliant and it's so fucking convenient and easy with these to in combination.

Within 60 minutes I went from this to that

WCAG's "Understanding" documents are useful and reliable, and for the most part, can be treated as authoritative.

Sufficient Techniques are a diverse mixture of useful, ambiguous, contradictory, and downright broken.

You're not gonna make much headway understanding an SC's nuances by trying to reconcile all its listed techniques. In cases where they seem to contradict what would otherwise make sense, assume the technique is wrong and go from there.
