Part of my frustration with this 1.2.5 discussion (no gaps means auto-pass a lack of AD) was the earlier assertion that videos always have gaps (ha ha, no: github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/1790#)

But even if AGWG allows that, it should not be a pass (per: github.com/w3c/wcag/issues/446) but N/A at… best.

Avoiding wading into the hot thread now tho.

If a video has no pause in dialogue to provide audio descriptions, is the video considered to meet SC 1.2.3 / 1.2.5 Audio description? Even if the content author want to provide audio descriptions ...
