Anyone have recommendations for ~10 min guided for people who haven't done any before? I'm teaching a class on -being this semester and want to have the students do some . Thanks for recommendations!

@Drand

This looks (sounds) pretty sweet: a ten minute guided Buddhist loving kindness (metta) meditation — an exercise in wishing others well.

I'm a longtime, hardcore meditator, and it always moves and impresses me how much benefit there is in wishing others well.

@Drand type "adyashanti guided meditation" or "mooji guided meditation" into Youtube and you can't go wrong. They both follow the "direct path" of Advaita Vedanta, and have helped me a lot. I'd also recommend 40:55-54:45 of this video of Mooji; it's an interview that somewhat turns into a guided meditation regarding the interviewer's own consciousness, and the listener can follow along:

@Drand 10% happier app has some good ones you don't need to pay for (last I checked, which was admittedly a long time ago)
