People. Are. Not. Resources.
Such a pet peeve of mine. A scrum trainer over a decade ago made that case to me and it was a red pill experience. My laptop is a resource. My colleagues are not. Why is it so hard to use the word "people" or any other word that is not dehumanizing?!
