Some advice to get you started...
There is no algorithm on this network, so we generate our feeds by following people and hashtags. I recommend you search up a few hashtags and follow them now to get started.
I also recommend you make a post talking about yourself, using the hashtag #introduction, and adding further hashtags for the things you intend to post about. That way, you can find some followers.
You should also hashtag these little blog posts, taking the words that are relevant and putting a hash symbol before them. That way they show up on people's feeds even if they aren't following you. I see you did that with some of the words, but you could also have used #laptop.
