I guess to stop hurricanes then Jews would have to follow G-d in those areas impacted by hurricanes.

I live in florida, and pretty much every Jewish person I know goes to synagogue.

Don't mean to be condescending but, a religion that has only prayer as a requirement isn't very good moral framework.

And once again, I am asking you to describe to me what it is that you are saying they aren't doing. What "morals" are they not following? I don't know any Jewish people who are stealing or murdering...

Some simple examples. Do they eat shrimp? G-d forbade jews from eating shrimp, if they do eat shrimp that is just one of 613 commandments that they aren't following.

I'm not sure I've ever seen my Jewish friends eat shrimp. I did some work for a couple that ran a kosher deli down the street from a synagogue, and it was always pretty full on every day but the sabbath. Had a couple meals with them where one would grill things while his husband mixed and baked, and it was pretty much all chicken and fish, nothing at all unkosher.

Really not sure who you're referring to, because that, to me, is a typical Jewish lifestyle.
