If the United States still exists in 2026, and if protests aren't illegal yet, I have a plan for possibly the biggest and most symbolic protest in American History. The plan is to hold a protest on 2026, July 4th, any time of the day would be fine. People can still light off fireworks (if they can even afford them) but this protest can be a massive symbolic move of American Unity. Why 2026? Because this date will mark 250 years since the United States Declaration of Independence. It is a very major number, it is a quarter of a millennium. I can't organize this protest alone. Let's get the word out, and make our voices heard!
A supplemental protest should also be held on 2025, July 4th, as that is closer, and still symbolic. How many times have been there been mass protests during the Fourth of July?

I have been trying to configure the metrics GitHub action by lowlighter, but I am having extensive difficulty in getting it to even export 1 image. I have it functional to the point that it runs, but not to the point where it successfully runs. Currently, it gets stuck on the error "resource not accessible via integration" I am trying to create a workflow that will generate 25 images for my very large GitHub account. I may split it into multiple workflows if needed. I want to get it functional first. Any help would be appreciated. I have been stuck for about a week
The action itself can be found here: https://github.com/seanpm2001/GitHub_Stats_B/blob/GitHub_Stats_B_Main-dev/.github/workflows/github-stats-b.yml

Recently brought home 2 #puppies on 2023, #December 9th. It took a while to give them names. They are both #miniature #schnauzers The one on the left is Jackie and the one on the right is Sparkie. They are only 109 days old (as of 2023, Friday, December 15th)
It is hard to tell from this photo, but #Jackie is a brown dog. She is also a very #calm dog that is a great #lap dog that will #cuddle up with you. #Sparkie is a good lap dog too, but he is more energetic.
They are being trained by our 2 year old miniature schnauzer (not present in this photo) and it has been fun lately.
I am a day late on this (I am posting this on a Wednesday) but I didn't want to wait until next week.
#TakeoutTuesdays is a weekly event of mine, where #data #takeout is prioritized every #Tuesday. Regular data takeout is almost just as important as backing up your computer. In fact, it is part of the #backup process.
I have been doing this #weekly since 2023, June 6th, and I would like this tradition to spread. If you would like additional info on my takeouts, see https://github.com/seanpm2001/Takeout_Tuesdays/
To see how I rate sites on their conformance to data takeouts (emphasizing a #1-month-takeout-time ) go here: https://github.com/seanpm2001/The-REAL-Data-Liberation-Front_Docs/tree/The-REAL-Data-Liberation-Front_Docs_Main-dev/Compliance
I need contributors to help me fill in this database with newer data. If you want to do data takeouts and share the results, please reach out to me on this post. These projects are #GPL3 licensed, and #opensource
