A big thankyou to those who could make it and who organised it! Was a nice little social featuring an epic Cheeseboard - and of course pink or blue cake, cupcakes and Battenberg! There was kids, toddlers, tweens and teens all over the place and they all got on so well! Also was given the most thoughtful gifts. Just enjoying the sunny #BankHolidayWeekend watching people go past on tour boats and ferries on #Bristol #FloatingHarbour.

I remember someone, maybe it was #EddieIzzard, talking about waving to people, and since moving to my boat I've taken on the task with relish.

If I see there are kids on an approaching boat I'll make sure I'm somewhere they can see me and, if they make eye contact, or wave themselves, I'll wave until they're out sight.

This is how I have #fun.

Hen parties are great too.
