Catastrophic floods have occurred in Western Himachal Pradesh, with 14 known to have died at 28 people still missing. Many houses, businesses and roads have also been damaged or destroyed.

This. They knew very well what #climatecollapse will bring, when there will be no immediate actions of prevention. And they are willing to sacrifice their own citizens - even the children of their own (radical christian) kind. Their sick mindset goes with "it's the will of god" (the survival of the richest and the plebs dying in masses).
Similar here in Germany. But our god is only capitalism. And it's accepting no other god beside it. And I don't know what's worse...

The tragic death of 32 people in flash floods in Texas was due to rainfall probably magnified by the effects of the climate crisis.
The disaster was made all the more likely by the gutting of weather service and other government agencies built up over decades to keep the population safe.

We've fucked it up pretty badly and things are going to get a lot worse before they get better.
But we can still affect *how* bad it gets. Every 0.1C of heating avoided saves lives and saves species from extinction.
The longer we avoid fighting back, the harder it will be...
Obviously that's horrific, but the wetbulb temperature there is still topping out at about 25C.
But large swathes of Asia are experiencing wtbulb temperatures of 30C or 31C at the moment - the sort of conditions where healthy adults start dying.

My only criticism would be with presenting the amount due as "per capita" - not everyone is equally responsible. Maybe calculate it as a percentage of personal wealth?
Now do the graphs for how much *companies* owe - after all, they don't breathe and thus deserve 0% of the atmosphere, yet they're responsible for more pollution than any individual!
The UN special rapporteur on human rights and climate change is calling for criminal penalties against those peddling disinformation about the climate crisis and a total ban on fossil fuel industry lobbying and advertising, as part of a radical shake-up to safeguard human rights and curtail planetary catastrophe.

Horrendous extreme heat is being experienced in Europe, with temperatures of up to 46°C seen in southern Spain. At least one death has tragically already been linked to the heatwave, with more likely.

Most people don't know what "8 standard deviations" means, so to put that in perspective:
If things were normal (ie without global heating), these temperatures would occur one year in 803,734,397,655,348 years.
That's longer than the entire universe has existed.
This can *ONLY* happen with climate collapse.
