We missed the Gears and Beers group tonight for a good reason - the guy who got me into mountain biking a dozen years ago was hosting a ride at a trail we hadn't yet ridden. So we went there instead, and it turned out that it was just the three of us. The trail is interesting - mostly singletrack, narrow and rocky in spots, some punchy little climbs, nothing super technical but you definitely have to pay attention to the ground.

Afterwards we went for tacos and beers. It was fun to catch up with an old friend and to ride a new trail (even if I struggled on some of the climbs) :blobsmilehappyeyes:

Can we please stop making these unhelpful pseudoprecise claims? We know that exercise is healthy and that the more is the better up to a point.
