We've managed to pay off some of the bills that have come due early in the month, now that the last of the 85€ of donations we've received thus far have come into our account, and still could use help with the rest.

If we can get another 110€ before the 29th, we can allow ourselves to relax for a bit, as it'll put us at 195€/250€.

@thoughtpunks Update: We've switched instances, since Hellspawn is apparently going to be no more soon (and the original post might not stay up for much longer), and having managed to sort some shelf-stable food, we are now asking for 250€ before the 10th, to pay bills that come due early.

We're currently at 25/250€, thanks to an anonymous donor on Ko-Fi; any overage puts us ahead into next month, and would be greatly appreciated!

(As for the rat-infested fridge situation, Mother did end up buying a new one, but is refusing to have it installed, and the old one thrown out.

Likewise, both she and Father are refusing to pay us what they owe us, so that we can pay our bills ourselves.)

@thoughtpunks We need to raise at least 500€ to pay for our own food and bills, ideally before the end of next week.

Rats chewed a hole into our fridge (picture under spoiler, CW for gross old preserves and rat damage), since Mother first refused to clean out old food from the fridge (and would put it back in the fridge when we tried to clean it out), and then refused to hire an exterminator to deal with the rats; for some reason, she doesn’t see a problem with wild rats, potentially carrying harmful viruses, scurrying around in there, or the poor insulation making food go bad quicker.

We would spend money on getting our own fridge, if we could afford to, but right now, having something to eat is far, far more pressing.
