Zum ersten Mal seit er das USA/EU-Privacy Shield für unwirksam erklärt hatte.

@bartgroothuis Right! Also thanks for a well spoken tv interview on #npo #nieuwsuur last evening. I heard many good thing. One caveat: the easy with which you would allow turning over that same #energy infrastructure to Japan, South-Korea and/or the USA was puzzling to me. I would like to have seen some nuance to that.
If we learned anything from the fauilure of #safeharbour, #privacyshield, etc is that they failed because US private and gov. interests always 'trump' EU's

Google didnt answer, but they do a lot of lobbying in the Bundestag (like the others), so I got some answers, too. tl,dr: Microsoft is in defense mode, both Amazon and Google do a lot of things right, but only Amazon was able to provide the obvious, credible answers. Read yourself in the new issue of IT-Administrator ... in german and print only up to now...

Soso, europäische Gesetze gelten also nicht für außereuropäische Konzerne? 
Das würde ja bedeuten, dass #SafeHarbor #PrivacyShield und #DataPrivacyFramework auf Treibsand gebaut sind und ein politisch motivierter #Angemessenheitsbeschluss maximal unangemessen ist, ... 
Und was war noch gleich mit den betriebssystemeigenen #Telemetriedaten bei #iOS #Android #Windows #MS365, die die Anbieter "zu eigenen Zwecken" missbrauchen ... ?
Die #NationaleSicherheit ist bedroht, aber #Lobbyisten und #Geheimdienste haben durch den Status quo mehr Vorteile, als die Sicherheit der Bürger, Beamten und Mitarbeiter rechtfertigen könnte.
Ich erwarte also leider, dass nach dieser Recherche / Veröffentlichung politisch exakt gar nichts geschieht.
So, wie bei Snowden.
Außer natürlich: Die Bundesregierung verklagt den BfDI und die Europäische Kommission den EDSB.
Europa ist eine unmündige digitale Kolonie.
