Thank you @pyconcz for an incredible conference.
I got to spend the past 4 days with incredible people from the Czech Python community and pythonistas all around the world.
Learning, inspiring, getting inspired and just having plain old fun.
When I got to the hotel last night, I felt emotionally, socially and professionally fulfilled.
Most importantly, I felt like I was with a community belong in. With friends – new and old.
#PyConCZ23 is over. I am tired but happy - we managed to revive the conference after a long Covid break and it was a blast!
I was honoured to coordinate a fabulous team of onsite volunteers and it was such a rewarding role. Happy to meet all of you and thank you again for all your time and energy you invested to this year's #PyConCZ!

We had a fun #TestDrivenDevelopment workshop at #PyConCZ23 today. Pair-programming, katas and practicing the craft of testing is always a great investment of time.
Good morning!
The last conference day, packed with exciting workshops at the Czech Technical University, has officially begun. We hope you had fun at yesterday's unforgettable afterparty!

Day 2 of #PyConCZ ends with thanks to all the amazing attendees, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who made this conference happen!
Tomorrow, workshops at a new venue, but tonight, let's celebrate at the afterparty!

Domitil Katemo just gave a fantastic intro about "Python in the Namibian Desert".
Do you even know where Namibia is?
@EvilDMP would phrase it like "you just head in the direction of South Africa and then turn right before you get there."
And we actually learned today that Daniele is heavily involved in Namibias Python story.
The always entertaining talk gave us some insights about the local challenges but also about the incredible community down there.
Thank you!
@pyconcz And the coffee is excellent, thank you #PyConCZ23 <3
Next up - David Majda on "Making Remote Teams Work" @pyconcz .
Did you know that #Canonical is fully remote? And I think it works really well.
But there is always room for improvement.
I am curious to learn some tips and tricks on how other people make it work.
Lovely board game night in #PyConCZ23, ended up making new friends while playing Stone Age.
How do I know #PyConCZ is a true community event?
When organizers brought in tables to start set up board game night, everyone just picked a table and started setting things up.
You can't buy that with money.
Loving it
People laughed at my funny lightning talk so job accomplished
Keynote by Evelina Gabašová was just great start of PyCon CZ. Open Source, Open Science... And some really good arguments why it's better to avoid using spreadsheets for research purposes Insightful, informative, and, last but not least, amusing. #pyconcz23

I love these badge designs! The event schedule and the code of conduct information (with contact info!) are printed into the badge so you can always check what talks are coming next.
