All I know in #Germany is that @BNetzA does allow #data transmissions on select CB radio channels in that 27MHz band which is also an #ISM band where they are tertiary users.
- And whilst licensed amateur radio operators are not allowed on it, unless one violates #SpectrumRegulatioms by using a transmitter not certified for compliance and/or illegal transmission amplifiers and/or excessively and disruptively acts on it, noone really cares.
There are bigger #SpectrumViolators with higher priority for them to search & arrest, like unlicensed and illegal users of restricted frequences like fmr. 2m & 4m emergency services radio bands, illegal #UHFSATCOM in the 243 MHz band among other things.
- Same goes for any #SpectrumAllocation incl. #LoRa / #LoRaWAN: Worst-case one could use that or other options...
