Judge Reyes demanded #DOJ offer ANY evidence that the #transgender ban is addressing an actual problem as opposed to a pretext to #discriminate against transgender people.

Reyes noted that #DOD policies already require the #military to identify people w/debilitating medical conditions & that would cover people w/ gender *dysphoria* who are unable to serve.

"Everything in the record is that it’s a pretext. There is nothing in the record that this was a deliberative process."

@tymoty to #discriminate against #English, as the official language of two EU countries ( #Ireland and #Malta), in a multi-lingual discussion between #EU people, strikes me as a great shame - I see it as "idological punishment for English" just because Britain has left the EU and as discrimination against all EU citizens who speak English as a first or mother tongue. Moreover, these cultural discriminations strike me as an attempt to merely replace local national #Nazism with an all-encompassing new-build EU-Nazism - otherwise it wouldn't matter who spoke what...

#Republicans are fighting to be able to #discriminate against #LGBTQstudents in colleges and #university. Think about that. These people are spending valuable time, and #taxpayer money to establish and preserve their ability to discriminate against, and make the #college experience of #LGBTQ students a living hell.
