That two black female election workers were able to bring #Guiliani to justice while #MerrickGarland and #JackSmith failed to prosecute even one case successfully speaks volumes on their resolve.

There is a famous book on Business written in the 70's IIRC called "How to Negotiate Anything."

The book opens with a story about how the author witnessed someone's kid throwing a tantrum inside a restaurant until they got what they wanted. The author praised the kid on his "negotiating skills".

That's when I tossed the book in the trash.

I can't agree. The prosecution of #DonTheCon didn't *really* begin in earnest until mid-to-late 2023. #Jan6 yes, but not the #FakeElectors, stolen #ClassifiedDocs, etc.

Look at the flurry of activity we finally saw earlier this year. That "flurry" should have been seen in late 2021.

It was scheduled to go to trial in March 2024. #Trump’s & #SCOTUS’ delays are what dragged the timeline out this long. He only has himself to blame.
