>> Senator Murphy, I’m one of your constituents. Please ask #AdamSchiff to investigate Trump’s kids for insider trading…

They didn't nail #Trump for #insurrection on #Jan6, theft of nuclear secrets and other #classifiedDocs, attempt to fraudulently overturn the 2020 presidential election using #fakeElectors, and #electionInterference using #fakeVotes in #Georgia.

Nobody will investigate #insiderTrading. That's only punishable for people like #MarthaStewart

Hoping to create an alternative headline, Grassley introduced previously undisclosed internal #FBI emails about the initiation of the origins of the #Trump investigation.

Quoting FBI internal emails, he reveals that the bureau’s initial investigation into Trump’s use of #FakeElectors to overturn the 2020 election—an inquiry eventually taken over by the special counsel Jack Smith— was code-named “Arctic Frost.”

>> That HE was even a choice can be traced directly to #Garland's failure to prosecute #Jan6 #insurrection, theft of #classified nuclear secrets, #fakeElectors, #Georgia #electionInterference, …

That two black female election workers were able to bring #Guiliani to justice while #MerrickGarland and #JackSmith failed to prosecute even one case successfully speaks volumes on their resolve.

Now, as a result of that fuckery, even Guiliani may refuse to pay the fine

>> I think this is on the American people - as a people, not as many individuals living on the same land. This is what the people chose. It’s not about “how did we fail to convince them otherwise”.

The American people faced a false choice — that of #Trump as a candidate.

That HE was even a choice can be traced directly to #Garland's failure to prosecute #Jan6 #insurrection, theft of #classified nuclear secrets, #fakeElectors, #Georgia #electionInterference, …

I KEEP HEARING ECHOS OF T**** 2020 IN MY HEAD:

"Don't concede."

"Never should have left."

She was filling stadiums. He couldn't fill a local gym as people were walking out on him early.

#Biden should do to #TheOrangeMenace everything everything he did to him after 2020:

Refuse to concede.

Launch endless challenges & demand multiple recounts in every swing state.

Refuse to allow in a Transition Team.

Appoint #FakeElectors.

Threaten to disrupt the #Jan6 Certification.

Angela Benander, a spox for the #Michigan SoS’s office, said, “It speaks to the efforts that we are not going to tolerate any attempts to circumvent the #law.”

Election ofcls across the country are worried about effectively an insider threat—that elected ofcls steeped in #Trump #disinformation could disrupt the process.

Already in MI, the state has taken over supervision of elections in Shelby Twp, where a #Republican clerk was charged w/a #felony for his role in the 2020 #FakeElectors scheme.

Georgia Sec of State Brad Raffensperger says an audit of the #Georgia voter roles found just *20* non-citizens (out of 8.2M voters) or 0.0000024%.

And of those 20 people, ONLY NINE actually attempted to vote (less than 0.0000011%.)

THIS is what #Republicans want you to obsess about while THEY send #FakeElectors to Washington to nullify ALL 8.2 MILLION VOTES. 🤬

There is a famous book on Business written in the 70's IIRC called "How to Negotiate Anything."

The book opens with a story about how the author witnessed someone's kid throwing a tantrum inside a restaurant until they got what they wanted. The author praised the kid on his "negotiating skills".

That's when I tossed the book in the trash.

It's also the answer to the question "how does T**** win a second term?". #Jan6 #FakeElectors

Re #Trump’s claims that #JackieSmith’s filing is in violation of the #DOJ’s 60 day before an election policy is BS. The DOJ's "60-day rule" applies to bringing NEW indictments in the days leading up to an #election, it is not relevant to the #ElectionInterference / #ElectionSubversion / #Jan6 / #FakeElectors #criminal #conspiracy case.

This is NOT a new #indictment. It is a #filing in regard to a VERY OLD indictment. Trump was first indicted in this case in Aug 2023.
