#IAEA #RafaelGrossi: Maybe decades, compared to what kind of activity or goals. It is true that with its reduced capabilities, it will be much more difficult for #Iran to continue at the pace it had. But this statement of the president implies a #military purpose & this is a question of #intent, it is subjective. Intentions, we do not judge, we analyze, we evaluate what we see on the ground.

I just spent like 2 hours trying to FRP bypass a phone with a broken port, no guides online, and I finally did it by:

Putting in a sim
Calling it
Adding to contacts
Going to settings (set default contacts app)
Going to default actions
Assistant
Google
Configure
Saved searches
Manage saved searches
Switch to search tab
“chrome”
“intent://com.android.settings/
#Intent;…”

Being able to modulate your tech comms is more effective for clear communication than asserting everyone should "just know how to block what they don't like".
Information transfer is bilateral, by definition. Having multiple parties involved means that there are SO many possible adjustments to improve comfort and quality for all involved. (Which includes anyone later, who sees it or is told about it or the original participants who go back and check.)

Guynn: Think would need to brief that. But I don't want to concede that #intent is at issue.

#Xinis asks attorney for #KilmarAbregoGarcia to come up & address the "government misconduct" exception to #DeliberativeProcess #privilege.

[Because the privilege is not absolute & can be overcome by a showing of govt #misconduct]

Up for Abrego Garcia this time is Jonathan Cooper

Cooper: From the beginning this has been a case about govt misconduct

#Xinis: Intent to facilitate, intent to comply w/my order.

Guynn: When you refer to #intent, what are you referring to?

Xinis: Can give you cases I've been thinking about. There's a proposition that #DeliberativeProcess #privilege doesn't really apply when intent is at issue

Gives hypo: re discrimination claim by fired employee. if decision making is privileged, can never get to the issue of wrongful termination.

I am so glad that Activist Witch (Ysha) has shared this post on Kofi and discussed the importance of #intersectionality as it is crucial to not only #Activism and #intent for #witchcraft, but also to our everyday lives.

Many people have both marginalized and privileged identities. One doesn't erase the other for any of us.

We all need to stand together in #Solidarity

@racebannon, I think this ties together quite well with your Medium article quite nicely.

PRODUCTHEAD: Product-led sales / product value / context & intent

» Switching to a product-led sales movement should not be a hard pivot but a blended transition

» The product must demonstrate its own value regardless of whether sales people are involved

» Intent adds nuance to the classic “strategic, execution, and planning” cascade
