1) Her topluluğa ambulans bekletmek gerekli mi?
Ambulanslar şehrin nüfus yapısına göre çok sayıda istasyonda 24 saat esasına göre çalışır. Bir ekip 3 (istasyon toplamda 15 ) kişiden oluşur. Eskişehir için trafik çok sorunlu değilse ortalama 3-5 dakikada hastaya ulaşıyor. 40 küsur istasyonun sadece 4 tanesinde doktor var. Bir ekibin 5 dakikada ulaşacağı bir duruma karşı ekibi saatlerce orada bağlamak akıllıca değil. Çünkü orada görevlendirilen ekip artık başka hastaya gitmez.
2) Kalp krizlerinde hasta yaşlı ise müdahale ile yaşama dönme şansı yüksektir. Genç ise bu oran çok düşüktür. Nedeni, hasta yaşlıysa damar tıkanıklığı uzun zaman içinde geliştiği için yan damarlar oluşur. Tıkandığında suladığı alan tamamen kansız kalmaz, azalır. Bu da kas hücrelerinin ölmemesini sağlar.
Hasta genç ise tıkanma ani olur ve yan dallar gelişmediği için o tıkanan damarın suladığı alan ölür. Ve büyük çoğunluğunda ne yaparsanız yapın hasta yaşama dönmez
