This reports that, in #Shortcuts, the expression "min(99,100)" results in a "Math error", while similar inputs like "min(100,99)", "min(99,98)", and "min(98,99)" do not.

I've been utilizing one I made for personal use for quite some time and published it to #RoutineHub not long ago called "Clipper"
It's pretty simple but gets the job done. You run the shortcut and tell it to start clipping. When done you can exit the shortcut and run again to view the clipper file or edit it if you need to
