#European_Union regulators are preparing major penalties against #Elon_Musk's #X - #The_New_York_Times

The #European_Commission said it is not preparing a fine of more than $1 billion, but the calculation of the fine may include revenue from other #Musk companies, such as #SpaceX, which increases the potential penalty to well over $1 billion. The penalties are also set to include demands for product changes, which are expected to be announced this summer.
