One of the nice things about working full-time is being to afford new gadgets. I recently bought a Logitech MX Master S3 mouse on the recommendation of my son. Woof! It's one hellva of a mouse and beats hands down the cheap wired one at work. Plus I think it's even better than Apple's Magic Mouse. Expensive for sure, but is absolutely a quality product.

"She such a #mouse," Sairie heard the others say, talking about her. "Tiny and plain, with mouse-colored hair."

She knew they meant she was nothing much. Insignificant.

But Sairie admired how fast and clever the mice were that she saw darting around the base of the threshing machine, looking for grain. "Timid as a mouse," people said, but Sairie saw only daring. That threshing machine was noisy!

Sairie smiled to herself. There were worse things to be than mouselike.

The MOUSE with the long tail watched Alice go and announced, “That’s a wrap.”

The animals stopped running and collapsed in a heap. A few took out sandwiches wrapped in wax paper or sipped drinks from thermoses. It had been a long day.

“Be here early tomorrow. They’re shooting a scene for ‘Babes in Toyland.’” The MOUSE’s voice cut through the babble of voices. A groan followed his announcement.

After a moment, the dodo perked up. “Who’s up for a pint and a game of darts?”

Sheep pulled a pocket watch from its fleece. “Time for one round.”

Cheers erupt.

I found hilarious and absolutely annoying the fact that I can't find a reliable wired PC mouse in my large city of 5.6 million people, for a reasonable price that is. It's either too pricey or questionable quality so it will most likely break in 6-12 months. Planned obsolescence are getting absolutely insane with PC mice market.
