[P] Hiverarchians have ruined the concept of summer for me. I mean, aside from owning absolute and indefatigable responsibility for the collapse of the climate, for mass extinctions for, micropoastics, capitalism, war, and worse? There's just this constant, underlying parasitism. Privately owned vehicles, music devices played at full blast no matter how dogs whine, petrol-/gas-fuelled lawn destruction... Gross.

As oceans heat up, coastal sharks are adjusting their calendars. Instead of swimming south in early fall, many are now sticking around longer due to global warming.

Researchers at Stony Brook University tracked this trend by following six shark species along the U.S. East Coast. They used acoustic tags and detection models to uncover how ocean warming delays the sharks’ southern migrations by up to 29 days

@vfrmedia Why would any Green Party want to "reassure" motorists? Internal combustion & diesel powered road vehicles put vast amounts of #CO2 in the atmosphere, & contribute to air #pollution as well. People have got to drive less & use public transport more - which is why public transport needs to be much cheaper & more accessible. If you insist on driving, drive an EV - alternatively, ride a bike.
