I always go for #durability both in terms of hardware and software and ignore #repairability to a wide extent. For example:

* I chose Samsung XCover5 because it's basically not destroyable and had long term software and security update.
* I chose Pixel 8a because it is supported by @GrapheneOS (long time secure software) and it brings robust hardware.

* That I could find quickly
