ThomasDer linke Aktivist Benjamin Ruß nahm an einer Demonstration gegen die EZB in F/a.M.(2015) teil und trug ein Plastikvisier vor dem Gesicht. Er wurde wegen Verstößen gegen das Schutzwaffenverbot verurteilt. Das verletzt seine Versammlungsfreiheit, so der Europäische Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte heute in einem Urteil.Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hatte seinerzeit die Verurteilung noch gebilligt.
