Tonight was the final night of league. It, also, stands as the final time I will be bowling with the Intel crew that I've know and bowled with for years. It's a bitter sweet emotion. Anyway, we ended up taking 3rd place over all this season. Not half bad.

Tonight was the semi-finals, and these scores were not good enough to move on. It took me until game 3 to realize what I was doing wrong. Even then, trying to fix something in the middle of a match is not easy. One final night with this crew next week. We still have a chance to cash if we take 3rd place.

just gotta say, bowling against the Loud Brodudes (who to be fair, are nice - just LOUD) is not my favorite, especially when they CRUSH US by triple digit pins every game. #Bowling #Whining

Tonight was the first night of the finals bracket. We ended up winning all 3 and took total. Total is all that matters. The lanes were tough, but that's when I seem to shine. Onto the round of 8 we go.

#Today Husband and I went to the easiest of our local mountain bike trails (I love that park; it's where I learned to ride!) and did two laps around the main trail. It was really nice outside, and tonight it's supposed to start raining and not stop for several days.

I started a new watercolour painting on a piece of the handmade cotton paper that MIL gave me as a birthday present, and I am really enjoying its texture.

And then, because it's Monday, we went bowling. It was fun, as usual, even if we both were terribly inconsistent and didn't score very well.

I've picked out my workout and my workout clothes for tomorrow. The coffee is set up for the morning, too. The painting will continue, and I may pick up a lettering commission from my cousin? Need to talk with him further and figure out what he wants/needs.
