Darüber hinaus schreibt das DietPi-Backup seine Sicherungen auf Wunsch über das Secure SHell File System. Fish stellen die DietPi-Entwickler noch einige eigene Konfiguraitonsdateien und Skripte beiseite. Mit ihrer Hilfe lernt die Shell die „dietpi-“-Aliase und lädt das „dietpi-login“-Skript. Apropos Skripte: Wann immer die hauseigenen Exemplare einen Texteditor öffnen müssen, greifen sie zum „sensible-editor“ anstelle des bislang genutzten Nano. Gleichzeitig berücksichtigen Sie den Editor, den „update-alternatives“ vorgibt. Da der aktuelle Raspberry-Pi-OS-Kernel die Legacy GPIO API nicht mehr mitbringt, installiert DietPi 9.12 die Zwischenschicht „python3-rpi-lgpio“. Sie setzt Aufrufe an die alte Schnittstelle auf die der neuen „lgpio“-Bibliothek um. WiringPi stellt eine alternative Bibliothek für den Zugriff auf die GPIO-Pins auf einem Raspberry Pi. Dafür geschriebene Programme lassen sich dank der Bibliothek wiringOP jetzt auch auf Orange-Pi-Systemen verwenden. Pi-hole lauscht nach seiner Installation standardmäßig am TCP-Port 8489 auf HTTPS-Anfragen. Dabei kommt ein selbstsigniertes Zertifikat zum Einsatz, das man in Browsern explizit akzeptieren muss. Bei Amiberry handelt es sich um einen Amiga-Emulator. Der steht ab sofort in der Version 7 parat. Der Paketmanager Apt aktualisiert die Software automatisch und erstellt dabei Sicherheitskopien der Konfigurationsdateien. Für schwachbrüstige Systeme, die langsamer als der Raspberry Pi 4 arbeiten, gibt es noch Amiberry-Lite. Die Auswahl zwischen Amiberry und Amiberry-Lite vereinfacht eine Übersicht der Amiberry-Entwickler.

In my office I have a TV that displays my calendar for the day, the local traffic, and security camera images. It's powered by a #RaspberryPi running a lightweight window manager and the #midori browser in kiosk mide. Today I switched it from #RaspberryPiOS to #DietPi and it now goes from power-on to webpage loaded in half the time it used to. Surprisingly impressive.

I got given a Raspberry Pi400 with a neat little DE9 adapter for plugging in oldskool joysticks, but the setup process of dietpi+amiberry has been such a headache - the setup i made for the pi400 doesn't *work* on the pi400, but does on my media box pi4 for some reason so i'm extremely confused. I thought they were the same hardware at their core so it should "just work" but instead it goes to a no signal on the pi400 #amiga #amiberry #dietpi

Yep, as you must have found out by now this looks like a Rpi 1 model B Rev 2.0

Afaik the number of mounting holes give away the Rev, together with the (c)2011,12

Below is my mounting hole-less Rev 1, which I've also just flashed successfully a few days ago (using the excellent #DietPi)

Schönen guten Morgen,

ein kurzer Nachtrag zum Update von #pihole auf Version 6.0.
Nach dem Update war das Webinterface zunächst nicht mehr erreichbar, während die DNS-Abfragen weiterhin funktionierte. Ein Blick in die Dokumentation zeigte, dass bei Nutzung der Ports 80 und 443 durch andere Dienste eine Umstellung auf Port 8080 erforderlich ist. Da ich #pihole in mein #DietPi integriert habe, war dies bei mir der Fall.
