If you are ever in need to get in contact with friends and family in your area without the use of cell towers, one way you could do it is through Bluetooth.

While this tech might seem odd to need when you can message someone over the internet or cell signal, there are situations (like natural disasters), where having one of the apps could save your life.

I reregistered my old iPhone (it has its own line and SIM) and it completely blew up my primary iPhone. No idea why, just won’t “register” with iMessage and now I can’t send texts or iMessage on my main line.
